"When Every Bite Matters: One Teen's Journey with Food Allergies"
I've written a book about my life with food allergies. My goal is to make this book available in doctors' offices for patients with food allergies. It's a great book to read if you have allergies or you have a friend or family member with a food allergy. I hope reading my story will give you some tips and hope about managing allergies.
